우리는 찬양의 날개를 타고 하늘에 올라 하나님을 뵙습니다.

우리는 찬양의 바람으로 모든 더러운 것들을 날려 보냅니다.

우리는 찬양의 양약으로 인생의 치유와 성숙을 경험합니다.

찬양이 없는 신앙을 우리는 상상할 수 없습니다.

하나님은 이 아름다운 선물을 당신의 사람들을 통하여 주십니다.

패니 크로스비는 이 놀라운 선물로 준비된 전도자였습니다.

저도 패니 크로스비의 찬송가를 부를 때마다

이상하게 내가 좋아하는 대부분의 찬양 가사에

패니 크로스비라는 이름이 붙어 있는 것을 주목하고 놀란 일이 있습니다.

그러나 이 아름다운 찬양의 주인공이 어떤 인생을 살았는가와

이 복된 찬양들이 어떻게 세상에 나왔는지를 아는 사람은 많지 않습니다.

그런데 이 모든 물음에 대한 해답의 책을 우리가 갖게 되었습니다.

이 책으로 찌든 일상을 탈피하고 하늘의 기쁨을 누리십시오.
